Cashew Nut Stir Fry. I love this dish with chicken, sushi is good too, but the smokey flavor in this is to die for
Dissapointing. Do not order the Yum Yum salad unless you really do not want a full meal. You can literally count on the fingers of your hands the number of lettuce leaves and chicken pieces you are served along with one sliced boiled egg and half a sliced tomato along with shredded peanuts in a thin, sweet sauce. I used to enjoy eating here but over the past few months, the portion sizes have steadily decreased to the point where you end up feeling that you would have been better off eating anywhere else.
Faithful Customer. I grew up eating Asian food. I took Korean and Okinawan Martial Arts for years and families would cook for us after we practiced. I became used to different tastes and spices. When I came to Hattiesburg I was at a loss as to where I could find some traditional Asian food. I walked through these folks door three years ago and I am still going. Although Thai food is different from Korean, you could tell the people who cooked it were traditional. When I tasted the coconut soup I could tell that I was not only tasting authentic food but I was tasting a family tradition. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff work so hard to please their customers. I now call the owner Momma. You have got to try this place.
I am so glad I read the great reviews and tried it! Soooo good. The chicken coconut soup, cashew nut stir fry, and masaman were all delicious! Bold flavorful dishes 🙂
Yumz. So good!
Best in Hattiesburg. Love the food here, everything is wonderful, you have to try the thai tea. or chicken coconut soup, comes in volcano bowl to share. Love all the curries, and a huge selection of Sushi. My favorite restaurant in hattiesburg. everything I have tried is wonderful , and I have been many times and tried a lot.
Surin of Thailand is definitely one of the best places I have eaten. The Food is a little bit of fantastic! I have not tried one item on the menu and not loved it. The Pad Prick Pork is definitely my favorite! The service is great too! If you go once, you will be hooked!
