Good food, horrible service when busy. They are really a mess when there is any kind of hustle behind the counter. Served us the wrong burger, forgot my side, forgot the drinks that come with the combo. Had to go in to get the side, still didn’t get the drinks. Stinks to pay for things the workers can’t remember
Horrible Service. I go here every weekend, mostly because I like their food to an extent. The last few times I’ve been, however, they have messed up my food, give me rude looks and have a HORRIBLE attitude, and take 30 minutes to get the food out to me. So they just lost a frequent customer.
Will not return. At one time I thought Tophers was a great place to drive through for a decent meal, fresh, made to order burger and fries. HOWEVER after the last two experiences I will never return. Today my burger was nothing better than Wards pre prressed frozen burger and the fries were undercooked and cold. I will not even mention the 20 minute wait in the drive thru (which was fine when the burger was made to order, but if you are going to serve me nothing better than McDonalds???) or the very rude person working in the drive thru. Will never return, you just lost my business.
Love Topher’s!. My husband and I love Topher’s. We have gotten food from both locations several times, and we have always been pleased. The burgers are so big, that if I get a side, I end up cutting the burger in half and eating the rest later. Our favorites are the BBQ Ranch Burger and the Patty Melt. The Cuban and the Philly Steak are really good if you are looking for a sandwich. I have gotten the Chicken Salad Salad several times and can eat two meals from it since they put so much chicken salad on there. The onion rings along with the battered fries are our favorite sides. If you want to upgrade to a premium side, the fried pickles and loaded philly fries are pretty amazing. We have had breakfast there before, but it’s been a while and I don’t remember exactly what we got. I know I had one of their biscuits and really enjoyed it. Overall, we LOVE their food, and I hate reading the negative comments on here since we have only had such positive experiences with Topher’s. If you haven’t tried it, give it a try!
Very good chicken salad sandwich!. The chicken salad sandwich here is a must try! They also have wonderful burgers and fried mushrooms!! I hope to visit again soon!!
Disappointed, burger and onion rings not hot. Tasted like been sitting on warming shelf waiting on orders.
Don’t visit the one in Oak Grove. The food itself is fine, but customer service SUCKS. Should be ashamed of themselves, considering it’s plenty of people who need jobs this day and age. We visited this location ( one in oak grove, not hwy 11 ) right before they were about to close which is something I never do at any place but my bf was insisting he wanted this. We wanted grilled club sandwiches, they took the order then when we got to the window after waiting 10 minutes they say that it’ll take an additional ten more minutes to cook. We said that was fine and continued to wait, we ended up receiving the food 15 minutes later. After getting home and looking at the food, we ended up getting the crispy club chicken sandwich instead of the grilled. We haven’t been back since!
