Food is pretty descent, but the service, or lack thereof, is beyond deplorable. Early and late lunch they took over 30 minutes to bring my order. Bear in mind both times the were no where near busy. Tonight was the final straw, took the wife and kids to dinner, ordered, sat, watched people come in after us get their food, watched employees cleaning counters and stocking. 45 minutes later i asked for the manager and a refund. Wow, suddenly as they refunded my order, the food was magically ready, and mine along with the refund. Thanks but no thanks. As the manager was less than apologetic about the service and gave no reason for the delay, i look forward to dining here again when i see the Under New Management banner, or the one for whatever replaces them.
The burgers are large, and there are options for toppings of course, but the meat itself is lacking in seasoning and flavor. The service is enough to keep me from returning. Both times I’ve eaten here, I was told that there would be a twenty-five minute wait for my drive-thru orders. One visit was in the afternoon, while the other was at night. Hattiesburg has other options for this kind of food.
Watched as employee, ? Mgr, walked from behind counter, NO name tags, sd ‘where all these ppl come from!’ then took her friends up in line to give them free food/drinks as a long line of people watched and waited, it was 11:15-30. Then waited for our food while ppl got theirs who ordered same food after us. Bad service, food so not worth it.
