Fairly new to me on the restaurant scene, but will quickly make a name for themselves if all the food is consistently as good as what I ate. It’s not on the menu but they prepare a great jerk chicken pasta topped with grilled catfish and shrimp. What an interesting way of pairing multiple entrees of varying flavors together as one. I only sampled the grilled cabbage and it was quite tasty as well. The guys cooking are more than willing to accommodate you by creating or altering a menu item if possible. I like supporting a local business serving good food so 1693 will get a revisit.
