Nice experience. Great service and great price!
Not a good experience. After being contacted be the restaurant, our group of 30 accepted to use their services for our monthly meeting spot. The food was fair at best. But the service was horrible! I’m not sure if it was poor management or training, but it was the worst we’ve ever had. The wait time on the food was almost an hour! Some members did not even get served until the meeting was over and the food was brought out COLD. No wait staff was present and drinks were not refilled timely nor orders taken. We won’t be going back.
Best Mexican food in the State. Great food and service. Ceviche is amazing. Also try Baja fish enchiladas or shrimp enchiladas.
I am not a fan of Mexican food. But because my husband had a great experience, I decided to try it out. The server was late, unfriendly, seemed to not speak English fluently, and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. When our food came out, my father in laws dish was unfinished, mine was over cooked and my husbands chili Colorado was so over cooked it was crunchy! When we complained we asked to see the manager and it surprised us to learn the unfriendly, bewildered server who had been waiting our table was the manager. He did not seem to even care that we were upset about out meal. It was only when we were paying our bill that he apologized and with less gusto than when he was serving us. Needless to say we will never be going back.
These folks seem like they are really interested in your dining experience. The fajitas were good, and they kept our beverage glasses full.
A little pricey compared to Mama Kios, which used to be in that location. Got the steak and chicken fajitas for two and it fed three of us very well. Tasted great and love the new homemade tortilla shells.
This is a new resturaunt in this area and it looks really nice and spacious. We went during lunch time and the food was reasonably priced. It was also some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while. I hope when Caporales’ business increases, the quality of the food doesn’t decrease as it does in most new restaurants.
