Cold food. We made the mistake of eating at the Highway 49 North location for dinner on a Sunday night. Unfortunately for us they had apparently already turned off the deep fryer so the french fries and hush puppies were cold while the catfish was oddly enough warm. Both the manager and our waitress seemed more interested in leaving for the evening than serving warm food even after the problem was brought to their attention. We have never had problems at the reservoir location but I would avoid the Highway 49 location.
