  Nasty. Unprofessional. Horrible server. She was no help, took forever to get my drink, rushed us off the table, took the tip off the table while rushing us. We were there not even 30 minutes. Won’t be back. Wasn’t busy at all. Server looked like she was on drugs.

  Ihop at the corner of greenway dr & hwy 18 jackson,ms. President day 2015 worst visit I ever had with a ihop location. we was told that they didn’t have milk,nor oj,or any juice of any kind only soda and coffee. oh by the way before you make your order we don’t have bacon,sauage,steak or chicken along with a list of other things.may question to this location is why are y’all even open?????

  We used to LOVE this restaurant! Cece, John, Tatiana have always been awesome wait staff! Cece and John have moved on. Tatiana is still there and working as hard as ever! We tried to eat here twice in the last week. Both times there was a lengthy wait. We finally got seated on our second attempt this week. After waiting for our server (Tatiana was not our server but did check on us twice!), we were told that they were out of blueberry compote, my husbands favorite! After ordering the raspberry white chocolate chip pancakes, we waited another few minutes for our drinks, only to be told that they were out of the raspberry white chocolate chip pancakes!! Those and the blueberry compote were the main reasons we went there today and they were out of both! We have been repeatedly disappointed in our once favorite restaurant in Jackson! I don’t think we will be back. I am truly sad about this as we have wonderful memories of our interactions withthe aforementioned wait staff. I don’t know the reason for this rapid decline. If it is a change in management, he/she apparently needs remedial training in running a restaurant or find another career. Whatever the reason, it needs to be rectified before this restaurant loses many more clientele and fails.

  A horrible mess. We went to this IHOP recently after Disney on Ice – 5 adults and 1 child. Walked in the door about 8:50pm. There were only two other tables with customers, but 6 to 8 staff milling about. Our drink orders were taken promptly, but it was at least 10 minutes before the drinks arrived. Twenty minutes passed before our order was taken. After asking three times, our food was brought out around 9:30. What they brought was cold and didn’t match our order. When I asked about my missing side of pancakes, I was told I ordered toast instead…the waitress even wanted to argue about it. We ate what we had, but will never be back to this IHOP.

  Normally love IHOP but the service was horrible, no one seemed to have any idea what they were doing, food was not cooked right ie too dry, tea was terrible. Will not be going back to this one

  The service is horrible. I called in a to go order and was told it would be ready in 10 min. I was surprised but happy… Made it there exactly 10 mins. Didn’t get greeted at the counter while a girl was standing up there….a lady came in after me and received help before I did and then when I finally received my food after 20 mins…I made it home and my fruit cup was left out…I had to drive back up there….they refused to give me back my money and just wanted to give me more food…..definitely do not waste ur money here….go to the one on hwy 18….poor mgmt and employees

  We have been to this IHOP at least 15 times and the service and food are ALWAYS awesome!! We have become IHOP junkies!!!
