Disgusting. The food was horrible. The bathroom was the nastiest bathroom I have ever seen. They were constantly announcing that they charge extra for any food left on your plate. As if the huge neon signs weren’t tacky enough. Will never eat there again.
Horrible Buffet Horrible Customer Service. Begging ass waitress for tips and not enough for on buffet for the money they charge to eat buffet and then they don’t acknowledge it’s eat all you can eat. I had a slip and fall injury inside the restaurant because they mopped at the entrance before closing and no wet floor signs was put out and I fell and hurt myself bad but they will hear from my lawyer soon with my claim.
Warning: they use left over food to serve customer. They use left over food from night before and serve the food to the customer, I was able to tell the food is left over because the food are old and disgusting. one time I saw an employee were picking his nose then he bring the food to the buffet bar!
Service was disgusting!!!. The waitress kept being extremely annoying around the time we were about to pay, by coming. Back and forth to our table making bullcrap comments. But surprisingly she was nowhere to be found when we were actually sitting down eating, and when we were getting ready to pay she WOULD NOT let us up until we gave her a tip but I guess she didn’t stick around as much since we didn’t look like we would let her do it for too long. I BELIEVE SHE TOLD US WE SUCKED, or something mumbled in Chinese. UGH Disgusting service. I have had a lot of bad service by Chinese, I guess because of the culture difference, but this was just plain attitude. Wish we had more Japanese…
Avoid this place. This place charged me three times for my meal a year ago. Decided to go back last night…why I will never know. These idiots charged my debit card 108.89 instead of 10.89. Im convinced they do this on purpose. Now I am fighting to get my money refunded because of course suddenly no one understands english now. I have to wait 7 days and the server had the nerve to laugh about the situation. I will NEVER return. If you go..pay in cash.Also the food is cold and old and overpriced.
I have never been to a restaurant before Where you are asked to tip. Asked is pretty gentle. Our server blocked us in to where we couldn’t get up until we left a tip. Food was cold and old and not good at all. This will be my last trip there.
Disgusting. We left hungry.. There are signs everywhere saying that if you waste food you may have to pay for it if it’s excessive.. I didn’t have to.. but I can see WHY that may come up. The food was cold, hard, and OLD. The broccoli and some of the meat were still cold. I had to spit out two different types of chicken because they were old and dry! Not just a little dry, but some of it was shriveled in the part that the sauce came off of and were too dry to even chew much. I would also never go here for the sushi. It also tasted old and rice was not good, the selection was minimal. Finally, after sampling several things, none of which I ate all of except the few mushrooms that I had, I decided to try some salad… Shouldn’t have… At the very end of our dining experience, I saw them place some fresh and hot chicken wings. They were good, but at that point it was a little too late. There were too many old things presented to us. . We had a few each and left. I went here 6+ years ago, and my we vowed not to return, but decided to since we were hungry and it had been a long time. I didn’t mention it to management, because they have to know.. and even if they comped us a meal, we will not be returning. I am use to eating at Buffets varying in prices from $7 – $10 so it was not that I was expecting an amazing meal for this price, but I do expect fresh and hot food that is cooked properly. Almost everything I ate tasted nasty and old. My aunt felt sick afterwards and had to go home.
