Chef Luis Bruno is now the Exec Chef @ Market Bites as of March 2014. Chef Luis Bruno installed his new menu at Market Bites in March 2014. It is an expanded menu with fresh soup, salad and sandwiches prepared daily. His Market Bites Chicken Salad and Mrs. Fordice’s Mint Tea are favorites! Chef Bruno also features a Dessert of the Day, sometimes two! Check out the photos posted here.
