Decent for an Outback location. I’ve never had a bad steak here… sometimes not cooked right, as I’m sure they have some employee turnover, but it IS a chain steakhouse. My wife and I enjoy eating here quite often.
A usual ‘chain restaurant’ evening full of rushed service and mediocre food was our expectation when walking in to the Outback in Jackson. We were more than pleasantly surprised with exceptional service and excellent food! From the moment we hit the door to the cashing out of the check we were treated like royalty. The food arrived in a more than timely manor, was hot, and was exactly what we had hoped for when choosing from the menu. Keleigh, our server, never missed a beat! Kuddos Outback Jackson, MS! You will see us again
Worst hostess staff. Slow service. Food was ok. I used to be a hostess in college. It’s not hard to smile and make people feel welcome. We will not be back there. We used to like Outback but this one stinks.
This place had gone down in a major way in the last 3 months. It’s no longer a good family environment, and the staff is horrible. Outback is one of my favorite places, but not this one. Save your money and time
We got there and ordered, I was completely finished eating, and my friend never got her food, then they tried to charge her an adjusted price for a to go box. Really??? We wanted to eat there!!! Then the manager didn’t want to comp it and took the to go box and threw it away! Never going back!!!!!!
Just another chain with flavorless food and mediocre service. You can tell its low quality by the type of guests that frequents the place. Service was not good on either occasion. Refills non existent. Go someplace like julep or Georgia Blue for good food.
Skip this place. Over seasoned & tough steaks. Lots of gristle and ridiculously dull steak knifes make a bad combination. Green beans were barely blanched…very raw tasting. The baked potato was overdone and the bread was stone cold.Service was pleasant enough and the manager did check on every table. Best thing I can say is that the salad was good.
