One of my favorites in Ridgeland! Always delicious, very friendly staff, and awesome new outdoor seating area. Love going here, and it is a favorite to bring company!
Servers have bad attitudes from the start. They act lie they dont want to be at work, and they act like that dont want to give u anything u ask for
Pretty ridiculous. Food was great. Waited 2 hours to get it. Took 45 minutes just to get order taken. The place is a glorified club. The clinetele sucks and management doesnt seem to care. People hooping and hollering like it was a rap concert. Two servers took our orders but it was still not entered and took over and hour. Luckily we werent in a hurry as it was my date’s friends birthday. Try the one in Madison or Flowood instead unless you enjoy Lil Wayne concerts.
Just horrible. I visited the Jackson location and I cannot even begin to express my disappointment. We had a party of 5 yet only 3 menus and 2 silverware. The waitress was rude, she never brought a glass of water ordered with our drinks, we had to get another waitress to bring us more silverware, she failed to explain the apparent different chicken quesadillas they offer (which another employee admitted she wasn’t even aware of) the manager was rude when I brought this to his attention, I asked for a to go plate which I never received, and the waitress carried my card all around the restaurant while serving other tables (she could have easily misplaced it) I will NEVER visit this establishment again and I’ll be sure to share my experience as much as I can
The food was good but the service was very poor. The hostess didn’t smile or greet us. The waiter constantly neglected us and brought out one of our meals and completely forgot about the other. He brought me a Togo box but never came back w a check till we waved him down. At this time they were also not that busy as our server had been talking on his cell phone for a good 5 min in plain site.
Terrible service. I recently just visited the location. The server was very slow and made a complete mess of our checks . I was charged double for drinks and when i attempted to explain the response was that he wasnt clear about the checks being split. The cashier added drinks to my tab without going over my fee and swiped my card for the total. I will never visit this location again i will be telling everyone I know about the horrible customer service.
Papitos @ Ridgewood Court. I am so disappointed. This use to be a good place to eat. Tawanza was really sweet even though she did not get my husbands order right. The fish was tainted. They brought out fish on a sticky flour tortilla shell.
