Took a road trip thru MS & found this wonderful, local, authentic Southern cooking for Sunday lunch. It is a buffet, but the fried catfish and fried chicken were hot & fresh out of the cooker. The sides were a little on the sweet side, but that’s true Southern. Don’t skip the banana pudding for dessert. Fresh bananas and from-scratch pudding, nothing instant there.
