WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered 2 salads at 10:30 and work just down the street at UMMC after waiting 3 hours and calling twice to check on the status of the order were told that because its cold and rainy outside there was a delay!!!! I have ordered from this restaurant several times in the past. When I asked to speak with the manager she told me that she can refund my money and maybe I could go to McDonalds and get something to eat (lunch break is totally over by now) The owner got on the phone and said that he doesn’t care and that we don’t have to ever call or eat there again
Very rude and bad customer service. I ordered for my company and always have a time we want it delivered. They always show up about 45 minutes or more earlier than what I requested. The food has to sit and get soggy or cold. I called and complained and the owner was very rude and hung up on me. He basically told me as long as I got the food he didn’t see what the problem was. I was also told by someone at my work that they had the same problem and the restaurant thinks that complaints are a joke. They have letters from customers complaining hanging up in the restaurant and the think it is funny. I don’t see how they stay in business.
Poor customer service. This came from Room Service after we faxed an order and placed it by phone and told them we would pick it up. We have dealt with them before and it took hours for them to deliver our order. We still tipped the guy at that time. Now they fax this to us – without the name of the person brave enough to send it. You see thier fax number on the bottom of the pic to say it came from them. I am sending this to all I can and sending it to the local news.
Galloway UMC. We order for noon time meetings every month. Room Service has always been very nice on the phone and prompt in delivering. The salads are huge and always fresh. We love them.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. This place has horrible customer service. Who displays previous complaints from customers, THEY DO!!!
