Kung Pao Chicken. Well balanced between heat and flavor.10 Aug, 2014First Impressions. We recently moved into the area and decided to give the Dragon a try.I walked in and placed my order. There was a little confusion about what I wanted but after that it was good. I sat down and talked to a couple waiting on their food. About 10 minutes later my food for 4 was ready.I had the Kung Pao chicken. The others had Teriyaki Chicken.The Teriyaki Chicken was still on skewers where it had been grilled rather than cooked on a flat surface. This added a little flavor to what I consider to be a bland dish. The meals came with fried rice. It was OK as far as fried rice goes. The egg rolls were great though! My Kung Pao Chicken was very tasty. It did not have an over powering heat. The heat and flavor was well balanced.This is one of the best Chinese Food restaurants we have tried. I have lived in Georgia, New York, Alabama, and now Mississippi. We have eaten at restaurants in all those places.You won’t be disappointed if you give it a try.

Expected very little from looks and location. Boy was I surprised! Great food. Got it to go and ate two meals off it for under $15.
Excellent Chinese Cuisine. Really, I’ve eaten all over Memphis and their cooking is by far the best. The buffet’s in the area are so over priced that the food is just OK. Two thumbs up!
