I love this place!. I went to the flowood location yesterday for a late lunch and had a great experience! All of the staff was attentive, the manager with the curly hair was literally running all over the place helping servers, cooking, greeting people at the door and going to check on everyone as they were eating.. This is the most organization I’ve ever seen here.. It used to be nothing but chaos about 3 months ago. Food is awesome, staff and management is awesome.. This visit has def won me back for sure
This restaurant used to be fantastic. The concept is interesting and the food good, but lately the service has been terrible and the cleanliness has left much to be desired. Tonight when we went to the line to prepare our food the raw meat goo was everywhere and the meat itself appeared liquified. The chicken had nothing in it that I could identify as a piece of meat just an amorphous blob masquerading as food. Eat here at your own risk!
Let’s just say genghis is nothing like it was when it first opened! The food is not as tasty and some of other people’s bowl will be mixed with your bowl ! The food area is not kept clean! It’s just a mess! I doubt I’ll return
The food is fabulous. Love packing as my veggies add I can in my bowl. The servers are wonderful they are always in a good mood and it seems like they actually like doing there job.
Was very disappointed in service and food. will not return. tongs for raw meat were in the meat. then you get to handle tongs for raw veggies. not very sanitary.
Good food and environment. Find me at the bar.. The food is great. You make it yourself and the medium bowl is a great value. If it’s your first time tell the waiter or waitress they give good advice. The drinks are good too so you can find me at the bar.
Mrs J.. Genghis is not what it was when it first came to town. They no longer have shrimp as an meat option and currently thereis only one serving line open. The bathrooms were in need of a general cleaning and only one stall was working in the ladies room. This was a busy holiday weekend and I was disappointed.
