Best Gumbo for miles. I just finished up my fried catfish plate and it was the BEST I have had since moving to Oxford MS some 3+ years ago. I washed that down with a serious bowl of Sausage Gumbo which hit the spot for nostalgia and memories of Chef Leah Chase’s version. It was so good. I finished all that off with a helping of the disgustingly delicious Strawberry Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding. One of the out of the way spots in Oxford that needs your attention. Check their website for hours but go and go back and tell a friend or 20. They will be happy you did.
