The new Oxford Starbucks. A very nice new building, typical Starbucks, never enough outlets to charge devices. Coffee and banana nut bread good, just like any other Starbucks. WiFi absolutely sucks. Only 6 customers in here now so it really shouldn’t be a problem. When I asked employees about the WiFi they really couldn’t care less. Really a poor way to start off in new location. I realize it isn’t their fault but attitude is everything and the two different employee I spoke with exhibited very poor customer service skills. And too top of the poor customer service skills, they have completely skipped over one of our orders. All boils down to poor management!Example like this is why the other independent coffee shops in Oxford will flourish.
