I came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon with a group of 7 other people. I have been here a few times before, and had no issues with the service, but this day was a different story. They only had 1 server on duty, along with a girl who floated to every table bringing food, refilling drinks, etc. After we sat down, 4 different tables came in after us, including a party of 5, and all of them had their orders taken and were served before us. I am 6 months pregnant and had to eat a granola bar at our table that I brought from home, because we waited so long. We werent even served soup until we had been there for an hour, and another pregnant woman at our table had to ask 4 times for tea, and she did not receive it until the soup came. When we were visibly upset about the service, the waiter told us, Were not use to everyone coming in at once. Really? You work at a downtown restaurant, and its a weekday at lunchtime. To me this says, Youre not use to getting business, and now I see why. Once the food finally came, I noticed that their quality of food had diminished from previous visits, especially in relation to the $13 they charged for the special roll of the day. The floater never once came to our table to check on us, nor did she even make eye contact. I was so excited when my city got a sushi restaurant, but I will not be returning. Id rather drive to nearby Gulfport and spend my money there.

I met a friend for lunch here. We were both disappointed. The rolls were either bland or tasted like salt only. They had in appealing textures, as well, gummy. The tuna in my roll smelled off. The service was bad. There were so many employees, but none of them were interested in customers.
