We really enjoyed our lunch at Chilis Madison. The bartender was exceptional. She served the entire bar area (we were seated at a booth) by herself for at least an hour. She had some help after all the tables were full. She was great. Our two boys had hamburgers and loved them. We had chips and salsa and Guacamole which were wonderful. The boys really liked the Queso too. We shared fajitas for our lunch and they were ok. There was some sort of seasoning on them that we didn’t care for. Beer was cold. Bloody Mary was delicious! Will definitely return.

The food was your basic fried bar fare (you can’t mess that up) not requiring much skill unless someone tells me that the chicken strips & boneless wings are hand cut and battered or the southwest egg-rolls are assembled to order by scratch?? Decent food and service these last few visits….upgraded to C+ or (3.0-3.5).Sept 2014Service – F. As a frequent diner at Chilis, this was the absolute worst visit I’ve encountered. Although the food was decent when it arrived, our server could definitely use some re-training on customer service! We saw him once to take our order after waiting 15min and again to literally drop an appetizer on the table, but he didn’t stop at our table again. Everything else (main entree, eating utensils, extra plates, refills) was obtained by myself or me asking other servers passing by. If management would engage their patrons at some time during the meal, they would be aware of such poor service their customers are receiving.
