Took an act of congress to get a bag for an order to go (Not to mention when the order was placed they were told it was a to go order).
User reviews. Great sandwich, better than subway! Super fast and bread is great, they have french and wheat, plenty of meat, just make sure you look at the freebies…if you want a quick healthy sandwich, this place is great!
Bad customer service at Madison location. Customer service was awful. They could not get my order right and I was the only one in line. The guy, I assume must be the manager, was very rude. Nope, I will not go there again. I thought the one in Jackson in The Belhaven was bad…but I assure you, the one in Madison takes the prize. They will definitely go into my book of bad customer service illustrations. Just never ceases to amaze me. I was going to e-mail the owner but could not find an e-mail address.
If you want cold as ice food, little to no meat, and bad service, this place is for you !!! Can’t believe this place is still open. Would rather eat a bologna sandwich from Walmart, who has better customer service.
They are hideous. Cold as ice. Music way too loud. No condiments for your customers. You won’t be here long. That’s for sure!
