I am a picky eater & do not like buffets. HOWEVER, I don’t really consider this place a buffet. It’s more like your momma’s cooking for a whole lotta people! This food is the real deal. Good southern food, seasoned well and cooked right! No over dried, bland ir soggy food here! As choosey as I am, there isn’t much they serve here that I won’t eat! Save room for dessert because the cobbler w/ ice cream or the dream cake is worth every calorie!
A family tradition. This place is a must while you are in the area. Delicious, homecooked buffett with all of the South’s favorite dishes….fried green tomatoes, cornbread dressing, collard greens, fried chicken, mmmm! Their menu changes daily so make sure to check it out before you go. Try to get there early on Sundays because the church crowd causes a long wait.
