Today I ordered a ribblett platter to go. Asked to substitute mashed potatoes for fries. Did no specify Cole slaw because menu stated Cole slaw as part of the platter. When I opened the carry out bag at home, there was no Cole slaw and a very skimpy amount of ribblettes compared to an inhouse order. The quality an attention to details at the ocean springs restaurant has deteriorated quite a lot in the past year so don’t plan to go back.

After being frequent diners we were embarrassed by management when I accidentally spelled a glass of water as my mother was trying to pay for our meal thru the electronic device on our table. She does not use them but it was not an option this time. We received no service. Our food was slow and we only ordered appetizers. We were asked to leave. A mother and her handicap child. Another customer yelled at us. Yes, my mother was upset because we HAD to pay by the device. I agree with my mother, If we wanted to go to Sonic, we would have gone to Sonic. When she contacted regional, they did not return her call.
It’s always hit or miss here, and tonight was a miss. My hubby got the half-rack of ribs. We are not fans of spicy foods, and even the sweet barbecue sauce was spicy tonight. He selected the garlic mashed potatoes for one side, after our server said they did not contain skins. Surprise! The potatoes were loaded with skins. His second chosen side was the rice. Another surprise! The rice is now made with either Craisins or cranberries. He hardly touched his food, left hungry, and we went to another restaurant to get him a delicious meal. I chose the All-day Brunch Burger, with a beef patty, cheese, onions, hash browns, and a fried egg. It had a good taste, but the fried egg was not cooked through. The egg was completely runny. The ice machine was also down tonight.
