My Wife and I decided to have breakfast there over the weekend. The service was very good, and the decor is nice. We both wanted Omlettes but they use a mixture of america, cheddar, and pepperjack cheese in all of their eggs. Neither of us like the taste or care for the spice of pepperjack, and I don’t like cheddar. Our server checked and the back of the house was unable to separate the blend. I think if you’re going to charge these kinds of prices you could at least make a way for patrons to pick and choose the kind of cheese you’re going to have on your food. I ended up with french toast, and my wife had scrambled eggs with pancakes. The french toast was nothing to rave about. In fact the butter had an odd taste to it. We would really like for the chefs, owners etc. to know so they could make modifications to accomodate those who can’t eat spicy items or don’t want to.
