Terrible food. The ribs were overcooked, dry and chewy . The sauce was tasteless. The fried okra had no taste, and the onion tanglers were simply greasy. The only thing that I can say was good was the bread and the beer.
Called in a to-go order. Food done on time and friendly service but that is the only good. We ordered two steaks and the ribs. The steaks were improperly cooked and had zero flavor. The ribs were so greasy and fatty they were not edible. If I would have been eating in the restaurant I would’ve returned all of the food and got something different or refused to pay.
Came in on 1/21/12 and the service sucked! Then after waiting so long on our food when we got it it was cold! The manager came and asked if we wanted them to reheat it. Are you kidding me. I will never bring my family here again.
Frozen. For my birthday this past year I really wanted to go to J Alexanders but it was a little late and I didnt feel like driving…..What a HUGE mistake I made in picking this place…… It took 1.5 hours to bring out our order and the place was NOT that busy…… my wife ordered a hamburger steak that came out with gravy that was so cold it was geluten and my salmon resembled potted meat. after speaking with the manager, we left without paying and ended up stopping at Wendy’s.
