I really liked this place. My husband wasn’t as impressed. We had both types of ribs, brisket, some corn, baked beans, spaghetti, and a couple of other sides. I thought the meat had a ton of great smoky flavor, but my husband thought it was a little bland without the sauce – not sure why the disconnect, but wanted to give both impressions. I also really liked the spaghetti which I only ordered because I thought it was a funny thing to have in a BBQ place. The portions were huge. We ended up with a meal for the next day.
We were in the area for a weekend trip and ate here twice; it’s that good. Their pulled pork plate is fantastic! We also tried and loved their Chicken BBQ Nachos, Brisket, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, and Rolls. Their prices are reasonable, and you can sometimes even get significantly discounted Corky’s gift cards at Sam’s. On both visits, the service was great. Enthusiastic 5 stars!

Mrs. Morris. Tonight I placed an order to go and went and picked it up. This was the Olive Branch location. I ordered two pork dinners. The price was 21.78. When I got home I had a tiny cup of beans, a tiny cup of slaw, a roll and enough bbq to maybe put on a bun for a sandwich. Totally dissatisfied. The food taste was good, but for the price I was ripped off. I will not do that again. This actually prevents me from going to Corky’s to eat.
Over Rated. This is not the best by far. Pouring tons of seasons over what taste like oven cooked ribs is not dry rubbed. I saw no smoke ring or taste. Drive thru next to outdoor tables is a bad layout. Ordered a Bud and got Budlite. Gave it to another customer at the bar because he ordered Budlite. Chick behind bar did not say sorry or anything. Ordered and got the Bud. Was charged for both. I was not a fan of Corky’s anyway in Memphis and this is no better. Way better BBQ places. Central,Memphis,The BBQ Shop. Service was fare at best. Never checked back to ask what we thought or needed. We would have told them then instead of this review. No better than the frozen you can buy at the store.
