I wonder if the negative reviews for this place were from competitors. I have had shrimp fried rice, seaweed salads, and a number of other items. Suffice it to say, all were excellent. Service was also good. Prices were very reasonable. For the money, cant beat it.
I had the steak and chicken hibachi lunch. It came with fried rice and sweet carrots. It was very good ! It was cooked just right the sauces and seasonings were good as well. The meal was $11 and was a large portion. I will definitely be back. For the money better than some of the high end Japanese restaraunts.
So glad they are here!. This has become one of my family’s favorite places. Hot, fresh food at a very reasonable price!! Love the shrimp hibachi with delicious veggies. The California rolls, Philly rolls and avocado rolls are every bit as good as the higher priced Japanese restaurants. The place is clean, comfortable and the employees are nice. It is so nice to be able to get Japanese food at such reasonable prices.
Best Japanese for the money. Love, love, love!! After moving to the area from SC, we thought we had forever lost our express style Japanese Hibachi. Now we are happy to say we can get our fresh sushi on and that wonderful hibachi flavor without breaking the bank. Great food at a fabulous price. We have been many many times already and will continue.
My husband and I tried the chicken and steak hibachi dinners and 2 cucumber rolls. The cucumber rolls were falling apart, but were pretty good. The ginger sauce on the salad was great but they didn’t give us nearly enough for it, so I will be asking for extra next time! The hibachi was the surprise of the night though, it was wonderful! We tend to be a bit picky with Japanese cuisine… Oishi is actually pretty good! We will definitely be coming back!
