Terrible Customer Service and way overpriced!!!. I recently came in and bought a strawberry cake. I was planning on giving half of it to a friend and I asked the lady to slice the cake for me. She refused. She told me that she couldn’t cut cakes there. I asked her if they couldn’t or they wouldn’t. She said they wouldn’t cut the cake for me. Then she had the nerve to try to sell me a smaller cake in addition to the $28.00 cake that I was already buying! They say that people in the South are so friendly but that is a complete lie. People in the South are fake friendly. I tell you this, I will never buy another thing from their store. They need to learn manners and they need to learn customer service. Pitiful. Oh, and they only accept cash, no credit cards. Avoid like the plague.

Stopped by the baker…. Wow!Stopped by the bakery for the first time and was just amazed at all the selections. Read the other (negative) reviews, but that will not keep me away. Service was great, the kid had all the details on the goods. Also bought a black and white cookie…keep in mind I’m from up north…not the same but still a great cookie. This bakery will keep me coming for more. Great bakery!!

Worst Customer Service. The customer service at this bakery is the worst! They act as tho they are doing you a favor by waiting on you instead of understanding it is the customer keeping them in business. The cake that was ordered was very cute, but bland. The icing had the consistency of toothpaste instead of the creamy texture of true buttercream like other bakeries I’ve ordered from. I wouldn’t order from here again! Their staff needs some training on how to treat the public.
Cookies/cakes are mediocore and over priced, but their biggest downfall is consistently poor customer service. They act like you are inconveniencing them every time you walk through the door. Also, no credit/debit cards of any kind are accepted. Do yourself a favor and just go to Costco (yes the do wonderful wedding cakes) or Kroger for your next cake.
Great Bakery!. They have a wide selection of cookies, cakes, breads, and more, at great prices. I recommend them!
I oreder a cake there for my son’s birthday and i payed forth dollars for a SMALL cake that was NASTY and ugly ended up going to kroger and getting cupcakes that where cheap and good.
