Came for lunch buffet as a family. They had very little pizza out and only one that was kid friendly. The only dessert offered is cinnamon breadsticks. We asked for the new chocolate chip dessert and rather than telling us it cannot be on the buffet, they added a $6.99 charge to our bill. We demanded it be taken off. We also paid for four drinks and never got a single refill because they ran out of sugar for the tea and the guy who went to buy some never got back before we had to leave. This was not our first mediocre/bad experience and we will NOT be back. We could have eaten lunch at a sit-down restaurant for what we were charged and had much better food and service.
