Great food. Lousy service.. Thought the food was really good. We really like sushi and this place delivers. They really need to work on their service. Will continue to get take out but will never dine in again.
Japanese food at Its best. I love this place. Lunch or dinner is always awesome.The menu has so many things to try.The sushi is fantastic and fresh never fishy.Service is spot on. Seating is comfortable and very very clean.I wish they hadn’t put in t.v. sets as it takes away the special feeling of peace and tranquility you get with the gorgeous aquariums.This is the best sushi I’ve had in this area. Pad Thai is awesome.
Great Sushi. Got sushi take out for 4 adults. Order was correct and food was great. My wife and I use to go to Osaka to eat Sushi. We will now be going to Urban Japanese.
Service is a one Food is a five out of five.. This, as most restaurants in this part of the country, needs to learn that server education is a requirement for customer satisfaction. Server ignorance equates to loss of future business regardless of the food quality. Mr. Manager/Owner do your customers a favor: please educate your staff on what you serve, how you normally serve it and how to present the customer with assistance in purchasing.
Awesome. When Bangkok Alley left the Snowden Grove area we were a little lost…. But this place is a Good replacement. Decor is lovely, Service is fabulous, Food is FANTASTIC.
Nice Place Good food and service. I did not expect it to be so nice in a little strip mall type building. Really nice decor. Good food, reasonable price for what you get. We’ll be back. Nice to have good options.
