The best place for mexican in oxford!. I love this place! Casa is the only place I go to in town for mexican food. The manager and staff are very friendly, and always helpful. Sometimes they will even let you try things that your unsure about before you order. I haver never had a bad meal there at any time of day!
A bunch of people said it was the best Mexican in town. Even the waitress bragged it was the best. Definitely not impressed and would never go back. Their chips were over baked and hard. The queso had no flavor and was very runny. And the hard taco I had tasted like the shell had gone stale.
My favorite Mexican restaurant. This place is great! My family has been eating here for years. Food is very good and inexpensive. We usually have a big group and have always had great service and food. Highly recommend!
Spinach enchiladas were delicious. If you like cilantro, ask for some salsa verde. You can thank me later.
Casa is my favorite place for taco salads in Oxford, and have good food in general. El Milagro puts potatoes in their ground beef, which I don’t care for (on the plus side, they do have great fish tacos).
Excellent service! I sometimes ask for something not on the menu and if they are not too busy the staff is happy to comply. Tried the same thing at Papito’s and El Milagro and was told that it was not possible. Good prices for what you get compared to the other places. Never hada bad experience here. I also love that you can build your own combo because usually mexican restaurants never have one with exactly what I want…not a problem here! And you gotta try the margaritas!!!
Reconsider. Decent atmosphere with average quality food. Went for happy hour special, 32oz XX for $2.50.Staff was rude. Waiter had a bad attitude and speed of service became slower. Manager did not honor an online promotion for a $3.00 quesidilla even when my buddy showed it to him on his iPhone. Also, my bill was at least $2.00 more than it should have been. I’d recommend a couple alternatives. El Milagro is just up the road and serves more authentic selections. They run a 2 for 1 margarita special. Papitos is more comparable to Casa Mexicana when it comes to the quality of the food, but at Papitos the staff is friendlier, the service is better, and the atmosphere is superior. I used to switch off between the two, but I’m going to stick with Papitos in the future after a couple negative experiences at CM.
