Great Experience. I recently attended a wedding at Castle Hill and it was wonderful. The food, the property and especially the employee named Avery! What a sweet, happy and hard working youn girl! All of the guest seemed happy too. I did find out that the original owners leased the business to another person for a few years. Probably when the issues occured becuase everything I saw was top notch!

Bad food and service. My friends and I used to love going to Castle Hill on Sunday’s for brunch, but the last 3-4 months the quality of food and service has decreased greatly. Highly overpriced, inattentive staff and the last time I went nobody in our group of 6 even wanted to finish half of their meal.
New Owners April 2010 It was Great. The new owners are really out to make a great impression. We stayed in a very nice room. The resturant was a very upscale dining experience and that was just what we were looking for. The entire staff is very friendly. I won’t hesitate to eat there or stay there again.
Very dissappointed. Windsor WASwas a great restaurant. The new staff has taken the fare and service to a remarkable low. Oxford only has a few decent upscale eateries. Mark this one down as ‘off the list’. When the owners decide to take charge and assume responsibility for the quality of the service and food, I may be back. In the meantime, my money goes to other spots. I’m no stranger to Windsor and have eaten there many times …. now I’m disappointed and feel I wasted money and time with my party of 10.
