Chili’s is your standard Americanized Tex-mex restaurant that often serves good food and great drinks (depending on your bartender & sometimes location). Visiting the Oxford restaurant, I found it to be equally as enjoyable as the one I frequent back home. Whether it’s their savory tacos with sweet corn (as pictured) or just a burger + margarita, I like the consistency I receive including good service.
Best chilis I’ve ever been to! Food is fast and service is most of the time good. We come here pretty often and have never had a bad experience.
So sad. Just terrible food ,,, service below average,, only a short time ago this was great food and wonderful service. Do not recommend you will be disappointed . Know I am.
Not the best experience here. My husband ordered a draft blue moon. He received Sam Adams because the tap was hooked up wrong. The bartender knew this but it was only after my husband told her it didn’t taste like blue moon that she told him so. The chili was watery. We ordered chips and salsa but it took a long time to receive them. Probably our last visit here.
Best choice. I really like our chilis. It’s usually a wait but worth it. I wish they would make it bigger. Food and service is great. I’ve never had a problem.
Usually like coming here but came last weekend and had the worst waitress ever!! After she got our drink orders she came back 1 minute later and asked for our food orders. We just sat down and had small children with us that we had to get settled in high chairs. When I told her that we were not ready she loudly sighed like we were an inconviniece to her. She walked into the kitchen came right back out, I kid you not. And asked for our order again. We still were not ready so we just ordered some queso that we normally get when we go there. Well she went to the kitchen came right back out again and asked our orders. We decided to just let her stand there while we looked at the menu and chose what we wanted. She impatiently patted on her leg and argued with my husband about what a medium cooked steak was then walked away before we could order for our oldest child. Will not ever go back here because of this unless we are sitting at the bar.
Used to be decent, but now it’s horrible. The food recently has been completely awful. I got a to go order of pasta and nachos the other night and not only did I have to wait 15 additional minutes for my food, but it was almost cold when I went to eat it less than 10 minutes later. No one cares about the negative feedback either, I have tried writing to Chili’s a few times with no response whatsoever.
