Absolutely delicious! The food is fresh and perfectly prepared. The fried chicken is the BEST and the yams are something to write home about! I cannot say enough good things about this place….a feel good environment. I met Donna, one of the cooks. Delightful. We will definitely be back.

While recently working in Laurel I met a business associate at Estelle’s for lunch. This was my 1st visit although I have hear nothing but good things about them for years.I can now vouch for them myself, it’s all true. They’re really good. From the home cooked greens, field peas and other Southern favorites to some of the best fried chicken around this plays is home cooking.
A good selection of very good food, and friendly, efficient service and staff. Estelle’s would have rated much higher if they used Mississippi Farm Raised Catfish, instead of Pangasius from Thailand. It was pretty on the buffet, but not nearly as good as real American catfish, from American farmers.
Daddy Frank. After a visit to the Gun Show Kathy & I had inquired with a local about a good place for a Buffet and he mentioned Estelle’s as being Okay. The Man lied. It was some kind of Great. Good Service matched by Great Food in a safe looking neighborhood. We will go again.
Country cooking at its best! A must try! Best buffet in Jones County!
