The food was pretty good. The poor little restaurant needs some TLC but it didn’t seem to affect the food quality. They seemed to do a pretty good business as well, there were many customers on our visit
I have always really enjoyed Pasquale’s, having dined here dozens of times over the years. I love locally owned mom and pop places and Pasqualie’s fits the bill to a tee.On my last visit I was very disappointed at what seems to be a major decline in quality. I don’t know if the rough economy has them choosing to buy lower quality ingredients or if they’re just letting things slip in the kitchen, but my recent lunch was a big surprise and not in a good way.The sauce which I had always really enjoyed was flavorless, a bright orangeish red and no doubt not the hand made sauce that they used in the past. I really hope that they ownership will get a handle on things and return Pasquale’s back to the place that I had always enjoyed before.
