Drinking on the job. To the lady all dressed in brown behind the counter, not only were you rude when seating us,but you kept bragging about drinking while on the job! Not only is this bad business but it’s against the LAW! I took a nice picture of you with that wine in your glass:) I’m sure the owners will appreciate your unprofessional work ethics & putting their business in jeopardy .
Looks bad from the outside, but good food on the inside. I was craving Japanese tonight and saw the Sake Caf on my scouting of Laurel. I was real leery about eating here at first because the outside is much to be desired, but took the chance and went inside. I was pleasantly surprised and the food was good too. Overall good value too. They don’t charge extra for fried rice and everything had a great flavor, even the tap water was good. Hope this helped. I ate the Steak Hibachi and the other person at my table got the volcano sushi roll and he said that was good too.Thanks!
Bento Box. Their bento box lunch special is the biggest bang for the buck! I love their shrimp tempura. Along with the two shrimps, you get six little California rolls, two potstickers, assorted vegetable tempura, white or fried rice, half an orange that has been sectioned, choice of soup, and a salad. I always request the naruto sauce for my salad dressing. My daughter loves their crabmeat naruto. I like the sweet potato tempura best, so I request all my vegetable tempura be the sweet potato tempura. I cannot even BEGIN to list my other daughter’s favorites. Suffice it to say that this is her favorite Japanese restaurant.
