Really?. I had heard this place was decent. So not! I waited FOREVER for a couple of chicken strips. Left with them, opened them up to eat on the road and they went straight in the garbage. YUK! The place is unsanitary!
Great place for down home cooking. Also a good place to eat a good breakfast platter. I wish they would open up another Vic’s and let it have a location in a better part of town.
A Laurel tradition. The best cheeseburger in Laurel. The fried green tomato BLT is good too. The plate lunches are hit or miss, and sometimes your onion rings may taste like a steak biscuit, but it’s still better than any fast food place.
I got the lunch platter with bake beans, fried fish, baked Mac-n-cheese and jalapeo corn muffin. Everything was good fresh and hot. Everyone was super nice and the baked beans where delicious!
From the steak biscuits at breakfast to the plate lunches at noon…this place has soul. I’ve never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and a long tradition. A staple in Laurel.
