Ok. Another place preparing cooked to order cajun cuisine. This one however is occupying a space inside an Exxon station, and a mere walk around the corner from a similar establishment doing nearly the same New Orleans style dishes. With many options, I chose the Cajun chicken pasta minus a few ingredients, and extra spicy. The chef in the back gladly complied to my special requests. The friendliest staff member I’ve encountered lately displayed my to-go box and requested that before I left to taste a sample of this overflowing presentation of food garnished with parsley and parmesan. I’ve never been asked to do that before and it was delicious! The zesty chicken in unison with the savory sauce gave this dish an extraordinary flavor. Clearly enough food to feed two. This great meal and wonderful customer service will definitely have me returning.
