With a fresh variety of vegetables and meat entrees to choose from, there’s something for everyone here. Years ago on my first visit, I initially got excited at the thought of it being a buffet but quickly came to the realization that it’s not BUT you get HUGE enough plate portions to save some for later!..only if you can stop yourself. The country fried catfish, chicken & dumplings and chopped steak are always my favorite options, then add Lima’s, black eyed peas, Mac/chz, sweet potato souffl and you’ve literally constructed a fantastic meal. Bookmark Fresh market and try them soon!

Blah. I used to like Fresh Market but after a hiatus of not eating there, visited again several times over the past few months. I’ve decided not to go back. The food, although inexpensive, is not worth it. I think the only seasoning they use is water. Every item tastes extremely bland and overcooked. The servers are all very good and friendly, no complaints there. Price and service are fine, food is not good at all – no taste. Kroger deli food tastes much better.
The people at Fresh Market Cafe definitely know how to cook! My favorite things to order there are the sweet potato casserole (just a little spicy) and the corn souffle. The staff is always friendly and they never short you on the portion size.
First time going today and I will Definetly go back. Very good food.
We love this place! When I don’t feel like cooking, we often drive down the road and pick up food from here. It’s like eating a delicious home cooked meal every time. I especially love the salmon croquettes, the corn souffl, and sweet potato casserole. The food is pretty well priced and it’s worth every penny. Staff is so nice and always helpful. Yummy!!
The next best thing to a home cooked meal and for reasonable prices. Good healthy food choices. Great when you don’t have time or energy to cook.
