Very good restaurant. Quality of food and portions are very favorable and flavorful. Sides are very well seasoned and plate presentation is excellent.
The food was outstanding! The bison steak was perfectly cooked. The asparagus with cream sauce was so rich and yummy. My husbands dish, flounder, was, in his words, rich and elegant. Amber, our waitress, was outgoing, personable and a refreshing change from the lackluster norm we are used to getting in the restaurants in the Jackson-Metro area. The owner/manager, Vaughn, was just as likable and upbeat as his waitress! A real pleasure to be had in this area. We WILL be back for more!
Delicious ! We had the surf and turf burger and crawfish rolls I’m glad we decided to eat there , we were indecisive about were to eat and just happened to drive by and give it a try . The food came out fairly quick and the staff was very friendly will def go back if we’re in that part of town again
Love the food. Everything we have tried has been good. Plenty of food, easily split a meal and still be full. Staff has always been friendly and fast.
I’ve been in quite a few times and always enjoyed it! A couple times I’ve asked for things not on the menu and the chef has always been happy to whip it up for me! Great customer service!
Disappointing. The wife and I wanted to try something new so we tried Sway’s. I had heard positive and negative things so I was a bit reluctant but the environment and decor had me changing my mind when we walked in. We were seated quickly by a nice waitress and ordered Sway’s Chips, the mushroom poboy, and seafood salad.The chips were probably the most disappointing version of this ubiquitous appetizer. House chips topped with cheese and bacon, though my cheese was not melted and the bacon tasted pre packed. Basically it tasted like bacon bits. I couldn’t tell you if they fried the bacon themselves or not but they did not taste like it. Generous portion though and the comeback dressing was fine.My mushroom poboy was pretty good. Hearty, grilled bread, nice amount of cheese. Fries were your typical grocery store bagged fries. My wife’s salad was just fine as well. Problem with the entrees is that we were probably there for close to an hour before we received them. An hour for a salad and poboy while the restaurant was not particularly busy?I thought the prices were fairly reasonable until I discovered that the menu is a la carte. If you want potatoes to go with your hamburger steak then you pay extra. I wouldn’t really expect that in this type of restaurant.Sway’s isn’t bad but I didn’t enjoy it enough to go back on my own. My wife really liked her salad though so you never know if I’ll be eating there again or not.
