Went for lunch. Food was old, dry and cold. Had the honey chicken and rice. Service was ok but the food was awful. Will never go back. Save your money eat in a gas station.
Need to fix how customers are treated! Walked out of the restaurant without eating. Ordered drinks (after ten minutes of waiting, empty tables everywhere) ordered an appetizer (we never got) and 30 minutes later still hadn’t gotten an opportunity to order an entree (even though waitress had walked by a good 5 times). Cleaned a table beside us and still didn’t say hey let me take your order now. Not warm and inviting at all when she kept telling us to wait. So we left! No clue how the food is bc we never ate. If a customer isn’t important in a service industry business then we’ll go elsewhere. Never walked out on a restaurant until tonight. Either our waitress was terrible or the customer service of the restaurant is terrible. Should have read these review before we went in
Do not go to this restaurant! Service is abysmally slow and inattentive. After waiting about 45 minutes for an order that never came – in an almost empty restaurant – I finally gave up. I paid a bill for food I never got and left. At the same time – I noticed one of the servers was casually nibbling on a dish that the kitchen had prepared for her – while she was on the clock! She wasn’t even on break! In full view of starving diners! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO MAKE IT DISAPPEAR!
Always a favorite!. P.F. Chang’s is a standard favorite for my family. It is always good! The service is usually good although nothing spectacular and the food is a much appreciated upgrade from your average American/Chinese buffet! The Orange Peel Beef, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Crab Fried Rice and Banana Spring Rolls are all highly recommended by my entire family!

Great business dinner. Took in dinner earlier this week with two business associates at the Jackson location of P.F. Chang’s. The experience was exceptional for a chain. First of all our waitress (Mae) was very good, with a great knowledge of the menu, very pleasant and attentive. We started with an order of Chang’s Chicken Lettuce wraps, which were very nice. Large portion allowed for two wraps for each. For my main course I ordered from the seasonal menu selecting the Vietnamese Noodles with steak and shrimp. This dish was very well done, seasoned with hoisin, sriracha, cinnamon and coriander it was a well thought out and executed dish. The rice noodles were cooked perfectly and steak and shrimp were fresh. My associates had Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Almond & Cashew Chicken respectively and each seem pleased with their meal.Noticed some negative reviews on the site, but our experience was all positive.
