Terrible service, food even worse!. Just went here for lunch today (around 2p) – my horrible experience started by waiting over 15 mintues from waiting to order to receiving my food. I ordered the Killer Salad with grilled steak. The lady taking my order asked if I wanted grilled onions and peppers, to which I replied yes. I also got a Diet Coke, which had no carbination. The customers who order sandwiches in front of me seemed just as frustrated – the line cooks were getting their orders all confused. I understand this type of confusion happens sometimes, but the line cooks and manager helping them looked like they could care less – as if they were annoyed for having to figure it out! By the time they started prepping my salad, I received no grilled onions nor peppers (by this point, I thought – forget it), my serving of grilled steak was pathetic (I couldn’t even taste it), and the line cook drowned the whole salad in ranch dressing. This is definitely the worst lunch I’ve had in a while and definitely not worth $8. If only it weren’t Sunday, or else I would’ve gone to the Chick-fil-A right across from them in the first place!
