Mix Up With Bank. Apparently my bank charged back an order and refused to pay Asian House. We had eaten at another Asian restaurant in the area that had stolen our card number and used it for bogus purchases. I tried to order from AH tonight, and they refused to take my order. I drove up to the restaurant to ask what happened, after I figured out the chargeback was tied to the bogus charges, I offered to pay for the amount. The clerk refused to take cash, and refused to do business with us anymore. I asked her to have the manager call me asap, because we’ve never been refused service, and we’ve never not paid for what we’ve ordered! The worst part is that we have ordered from them several times and after this incident, they never even called to ask us what happened! Bad customer service.
Great food and convenient location. Very please with the quality of food and convenient location. Was not over priced like some others in the area. Will definitely eat there again and would recommend this to anyone! Happy Customer!
Really, Really, Good*. Asian House makes some of the best Singapore Noodle (Mei Fun), I’ve ever had. I’ve only had the one dish (twice) but the ingredient quality and chef skills are way above average for this sort of place. Highly recommended. 5 Stars*Edit: STAY AWAY FROM THE SUSHI ! Fake Wasabi. Stick with the Chinese.

Excellent all around!. Ever since they have opened, I go there at least once a week and they are my number one choice for Chinese food in Southaven. The food always tastes fresh and delicious, and they have many items that most Chinese restaurants do not typically make. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. Keep up the great work Asian House!
