Not informed about Margarita. I was a regular customer. I went in today being a Sunday around 12:20-12:30 and ordered a margarita with my meal. I was not informed until after my food had arrived, that with it being a Sunday, the margarita could not be served until 1:00. Thus my food would have to sit on my table and get cold. I chose to just get a to go box and make the margarita at home. When I complained as I was paying no manager was notified. This situation should have been handled VERY differently! They should have offered to remake my food after 1:00 as I did tell my server that I would have waited to come in had I known before hand. Most likely you will not see me in there again!
No customer service. …I placed an order to go for a Burrito with extra salsa for a additional charge of course, but when I made it home to Senatobia I discovered that I bought a half pint of tomato sauce, it was nothing like the salsa that came with the meal. I final got the manager whom was either on break or not in for four hours so, I explained the problem to him and his response was all our salsa is made with tomato sauce and that he do not know what I was talking about and that there is noting he can do.

Now Just Ok. This place was our go to Mexican restaurant in the area. Don’t know what is going on there but the last 3 or 4 times my wife and I have been it just hasn’t been that great. It was like the food was missing something and the last time we were there my beans and rice arrived cold and as did my wife’s. Heck, what happend to don’t touch the plate, extremely hot??

Used to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants until I had a horrible experience with the service and food. I gave it a second chance and it was even worse the second time. Management should definitely get involved.
