DIsappointed. I love their food (wings especially) but customer service is very poor. I ordered a 30 piece for a gathering to get there and find it was only a 20 piece. Called in and spoke to Veronica who seemed professional and gathered my information. I told her I was too far to come right back but I will be in to get the remainder of my order. This was Saturday night and I returned Monday afternoon to find a very unprofessional manger on duty. First he insinuated that I was being truthful until an employee came from the back to confirm my story. The manger insisted that no note was left behind but I’m not so sure. I asked if I could receive a complimentary fry and drink for the inconvenience but he refused. It was clear that this manager missed customer satisfaction 101. I placed an order, paid for an order, received an incorrect order, drove 20 minutes to have it corrected to be treated like I made the error. I wasn’t mad at the mistake but how I was treated when I returned. The manager failed to correctly rectify the situation. Good things the kitchen staff didn’t sleep during the customer service lesson because they over heard the conversation and gave me a free fry and drink anyway. Apparently they know their boss is a royal butt hole. I sure hope he is treated with better customer service than he showed me.

Well, now they are forgetting to take orders at the box. I don’t have to go back after that. They were non-chalant when I pointed out they left me back there. She said the buzzer didn’t alert her, well, that’s because it went off 10 minutes ago… They obviously don’t need my business.
AWESOME. Love this place! Tons to choose from and very good. And best of all, employees arent rude like most fast food places.
