This rating has nothing to do with the food. I visited today and had a delicious Bacon Cheese Burger and tender sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, there was a couple sitting at the bar, as was I, watching a movie on their cell phone with the volume as high as they could get it. How unfortunate they had such little regard for the other folks there for a peaceful meal, but even more disappointing was the fact the staff and management allowed such rude behavior.
Beware of the 18% grat!. We love this place. Ashley is our favorite bartender! She always remembers us. She takes extra time every time. The food is always great. They season the Philly cheese steak with fresh cracked pepper. Turkey sandwich is always piled high. Steak is wonderful. It is so tender. Recently the place has required an 18% gratuity added to ALL checks every weekend past 10pm. Absolutely ridiculous! The last time we went on a weekend, I tipped. I got home and realized that the employee had already added the 18% so she ended up with a 22$ tip! I tip well but that’s way to much for only 2 people that got some sandwiches! I avoid this place on the weekends now.
