Well I’m willing to give anyone a chance and after much thought process I THOUGHT that I was cheated. Don’t listen to ur friends listen to your stomachs and your heart the food isn’t nearly as bad as the service; I feel lied to; not that the food wasn’t a let down…. Please try to keep up. You can only live on your rep for so long!!!!!!!!!!:,-(
I will never go back there. The food and service was terrible. Dont waste your time and money.
Slipping!. Gosh I am ambivalent about this critique. I have always loved talking with Mr. Neely, but it seems like he is taking less of an active roll and the people following him aren’t getting it done. The first few times I ate here it blew my mind. As of late the quality has gone down and most disappointing, the service has gone down tremendously. I hope they correct some things because I like Mr. Neely’s story and he is a self-made entrepreneur who has battled the public for many years.
Some good, some not so good. The pork ribs were very good and the hot links were fantastic. The brisket is ok, and there is a reason that BBQ spaghetti and beef ribs should remain a novelty. The BBQ sauce was just the right about amount of sweet and spicy, and for the price I really can’t complain!
I went thru the drive thru and no one would answer…I drive around and the laziest black girl with the most uninterested look on her face saw me sitting there and she continues to stand there and not move toward the window..I told her I was at the drive thru for awhile and she never looked at me…I place my order and it took 15 minutes..I told her after she finally handed me a sandwich and fry that more people would come if the service was faster…the girl running the register yesterday makes a bad name for the place…having positive people working will help the place ..I wont be back I dont have time to waste…
Yuck!!! Bbq chicken was dried and hard. Plus I found a hair on my plate.
