I ate here with my wife last Friday. The service was terrible. It took over an hour to get our food. Nearly every dish was under cooked. The steak was RAW, the salmon was dry and flavorless, all the sides were cold. Do not eat at this location.

Just don’t waste your time! From the time we ordered until the time we received our food was 1 hour & 18 minutes. It wasn’t busy & everyone ordered the endless shrimp. Every time I have been to this location there is a problem. I won’t be trying again….EVER!

I enjoy the crab cakes. I do know that yes Red Lobster is pricier than the other choices here, but the price of seafood is not cheap.I eat there on special days Bdays ,girls night out .I had good service and great crab cakes.I know from working in food service that the same cook is not on duty .SO with that being said when u find a certain night that the food is really good find out who cooked it ask for first name and the waitress will tell you if that chef is on for the nite .Build a good relationship with waitstaff they can make suggestions.I would also like to note that every time I pass by their parking lot is always full.

Very Pleasant. My wife and I went in about a week ago to eat and have our date night. We were seated immediately and there was no waiting for the waitress for our drinks or for our food. We thought the biscuits were supposed to come out right away but found that they come out with the salads after you have ordered. Their biscuits are simply amazing!! The waitress has been there for 6 years and she definetly knew her job and made our visit there pleasant and we felt important. She spent time talking with us and sharing her wonderful experience at Red Lobster. The restaurant was very clean and the tea was very good!!! The Lobster Artichoke dip is superb and my wife is a fan of crab legs and they were cooked to perfection. I had a steak and it was so tender and very flavorful. Our waitress was very informative and the other waitresses around even came to the table as well and asked how we were doing. It was the most pleasant atmosphere. Thank you

Don’t mess with Missy!. Don’t mess with Missy, the red headed waitress! After a day of craving my usual Ultimate Feast that I regularly order from Red Lobster, I ordered it this Sunday. Upon arriving at my table, the shrimp were very greasy! The butterfly shrimp were a joke. My lobster looked sick and puny! More tail than lobster! I complained to Missy and she said that they all were like that and that’s how it’s supposed to be, She then asked me did I look at the picture before ordering. Ugh! Really? She refused to take the lobster back and bring out a fresh one. After leaving Red Lobster with my fiance, I was hungry, disappointed, and $75 short. I feel that Missy stereotyped us as young urban black people who would probably not tip her and therefore she decided to provide us with subpar service.

Never no what to expect.. We ate at Red Lobster twice this month, only because they sent me a coupon. You never know if your gonna get a good meal or not. Example: I ordered the Crab Alfredo one week and it’s great, then the next two times I get it, it’s awful. Sauce is too thin or there is hardly any sauce on it and the noodles are dry. I told the waitress the alfredo was dry and she added more sauce, when we got the bill she had added a $1.50 for the saure. Needless to say her tip was a $1.50 less than it would have been.

Hit or Miss Just Go To Captain D’s. I have gone to this Red Lobster on several occasions and it always seems to be a hit or miss but here lately it has seen more miss than hit….lol…. I don’t understand………It seems to me that everything keeps going up but the quality of food at restaurants just keeps going down. I am a firm believer that if you go up in price there needs to be better food, portion size or a better variety. (Something In Return For The Price Increase) How can you stay the same or get worse and expect reward?….If at your job the quality goes down you don’t get a raise. The only way you get that is by doing more, working harder and having new ideas. Why should we spend our hard earned money and settle for any less than what we get or deserve. I know I went a little off topic here, but all this ran through my mind after receiving the bill for this below average food from Red Lobster. I had the Fish and Chips with a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. The fish was soggy, undercooked and greasy. The last time I check those things are not supposed to be the case for Crisp Fish and Chips. The Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail was a joke. I can’t believe they had the nerve to associate the word Jumbo with this order. The only thing Jumbo was the bill! I can remember when Red Lobster was a more Up type place with semi fine dinning. I think now it’s a glorified fast food fish and shrimp place. I guess the point I’m trying to make with all this. Is that we as the customer need to quit settling for less than what we expect for our hard earned money. We are their boss when sitting in any restaurant paying them to cook us a meal. The unfortunate truth is our fast paced lives tend to make us settle for what is given to us after a long work week. This is usually the case because we just want to get done and not cause a fuss. This is the wrong thing to do. The restaurant industry has grown to an enormous size and most are living off the past reputation of great food. In reality very few care about the customer anymore and we have let them do this. I hear so many people complain but very few take action. I then see them right back at the same place they complained about. It’s a sad vicious cycle…..lol… Well sorry for the long post but I guess it just all came out from the last disappointing meal I had here at Red Lobster……. Thumbs Down! You would be better off at Captain D’sTo sum it up I would give them a (D) in food. The service was ok for a c+ and the cleanliness was about the same. This still earns them at best a (c-) overall. The food was just bad for the price charged!
