We have visited the Vicksburg location several times and the croutons are always stale to the point of having the consistency of a stale bagel and we always advise the manager. He says they make them every day and they aren’t supposed to be crunchy. All the other Newk’s we visit always have crisp, crunchy croutons. Upon looking, the crouton container in the cooking area is left open all day collecting moisture. This manager apparently is no cook and also needs to betrained to have customer relations skills. I gave this review two stars…hardly any meat on my sandwich and no croutons to go on my salad!

I love Newk’s!! Always fast fresh food! I’ve had their salads, soups, desserts, and sandwiches and it’s always great!! The service is excellent also
Fast, Fresh, and Friendly. I was very glad when Newk’s opened in Vicksburg. Their food is always fresh and very good. The staff at this location is very helpful and friendly. It is also a great location for families. Thanks guys and keep it up!!
