My wife and I ordered the Special of the day, which was fried catfish and one side item. The catfish was the best we have ever eaten! Fresh and fried to perfection…we decided to share a slice of coconut cream pie with coffee…not much taste and too much whip cream…but not bad. The service was great.
This place is great to eat at. The food is awesome. Sat night they had live music. Seafood, fried avocado was divine. I would recommend this restaurant by far! Brick roads. Atmosphere is great.
Awesomeness. Staff is great. Food is absolutely delicious and you get a good portion size for the price. My wife had the grouper salad and she loved it. She did comment that it might be better if the fish was chopped or pulled apart for the salad instead of just two big fillets. But other than that no complaints.
I wanted it to be fantastic……. But it was so-so. I ordered fried pickles and they arrived in a huge fried clump that didn’t resemble chips at all…… these were also very salty. The ranch dressing was watery. I next received a chicken alfredo that had good flavor, after I salted it to death and removed the dry burnt chicken. I know that I wouldn’t go back because even the seating was weird- with short tables and chairs that were odd heights for eating.Its a no.
Yellowfin Tuna. AWESOME!! The drinks are great. All of the food we had was worth eating again. Really like their salads. It was a romantic dinner for two at the bar. Great service.
B- service. We watched our food sit under the heat lamps for about 10 minutes before it was delivered. The oysters were good, I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. The shrimp were farm raised with no flavor. The best part about the dinner were the crab cakes, they were excellent. They need to expand their wine list.
I was very impressed with the food, atmosphere and service. Make sure you get there early because it was extremely busy when we were leaving.
