It was good gotta go back with my cousin he love it to can’t wait for those cheeseburger and tamales omg they were off the chain I wish they were closer to us I’ll be there everyday for that taste I give them a five
this place is very very good, it is off I-20, so that means it is very easy to see and get to. The tamales are some of the best I’ve tasted, and believe me, I have tasted a bunch of them
Yuck. I got 2 dozen tamales and a hamburger. The burger was worse than gas station food and the tamales weren’t great. I would definitely recommend Sallys Hot Tamales over The Tamale Place. I had high hopes, as I had heard they were owned by the same family. :'(
Two words: Tamale Supreme. It will change your life! The only downside to this place is the weird hours they keep. They close whenever they run out of food, which might be 6 pm on a Friday.
Mmm mmm good. Just one negative here–bring a cooler for the tamales. The grease will disintigrate the newspaper wrap and leak through the plastic bag. That aside, these are some really, really good tamales. The tamale supreme is out of this world. Chase it with some Tums!
Good tamales… Nice and fast. But I stop for the nachos! They put extra cheese, jalapenos and hot tamale goody all over them. No chip goes uncovered. A delicious mess. Do not attempt to eat while driving. That’s what the tamales are for.
